About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our team as Community Support and Moderation Specialists. This role is crucial in maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of our Art Jams and ensuring that our community canvases remain inspiring spaces for collaboration. You'll be the front line in interacting with our users, providing support, and moderating content to ensure it aligns with our community standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively monitor and moderate Art Jams and community canvases.
Provide support to users experiencing issues or needing guidance on how to use the platform.
Engage with the community to foster a positive environment and encourage creative collaboration.
Assist in organizing and facilitating community events and challenges.
Collect and relay user feedback to the product team to help improve the platform.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in college or university, preferably in a program related to digital arts, communications, or similar fields.
Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
Customer-friendly attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings to cover US time zones.
Familiarity with digital art platforms like Photoshop, Procreate, etc., is a plus.
Compensation:
Monthly compensation of ~$1k gross (for full-time, paid in PLN, 28.10 PLN/h)

Focus Time: Dedicated time to work on the assigned task.
Peer Review: Evaluation and feedback from the team.
