Overview
Art Jams on Magma are public, collaborative events that allow artists to share their creativity and skills. By participating in an Art Jam, you agree to the following terms which supplement our general Terms and Conditions.
Consent to Use Artwork
Public and Shareable: All artworks created during Art Jams are considered public. This includes not only final artworks but also any work-in-progress pieces, sketches, and timelapses of your creative process. By participating, you acknowledge and consent that your artwork may be displayed on Magma's platform and shared on social media channels or other external platforms managed by Code Charm, Inc.
Ownership and Licensing: While you retain ownership of your original artwork, by participating in an Art Jam, you grant Code Charm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your artwork. This license is solely for the purposes of promoting and operating Magma, and does not include the right to sell your artwork.
Prohibition on AI Training: We do not authorize the use of any artwork created during Art Jams for training artificial intelligence (AI) models or any form of AI dataset creation by Code Charm or any external entities. We are committed to protecting the integrity and originality of your work to the extent within our control.
Transparency and Notification
We are committed to transparency. Before joining an Art Jam, you will have the opportunity to review these terms. A clear link to this section will be provided at the point of joining, ensuring you can make an informed decision about participation.
Withdrawal of Consent
You can stop participating in Art Jams at any time, and you may contact us if you have concerns about how your artwork is used after your participation. However, please note that artworks shared publicly prior to your withdrawal may continue to be displayed as part of our platform's historical content.
Changes to Art Jams Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If significant changes are made, we will provide you with a clear notification and require a new consent before further participation.
